- System admin — full access, including Administration (institutions, users, hierarchies, vocabularies, integrations).
- Archivist — day-to-day cataloguing: create and edit resources, agents, locations, etc. No access to institution-level Administration settings.
- Read-only — browse and search only; no create, edit, or delete actions.
